We have taken the best part of private training (which is the personalized attention and coaching) with the best part of a group class (which is the energy and motivation) and combined them into one program. No gimmicks, fad diets or elliptical machines… just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast and fit.
Fitness vs CrossFit
Our memberships are separated into two categories based on your goals. They are: Fitness and CrossFit. The Fitness memberships inludes all of the Fitness classes on the schedule. The CrossFit membership includes both CrossFit and Fitness classes, and we encourage you to take advantage of both programs to keep your body guessing and in the best shape possible!
Quite simply, Fitness is all about building core strength and conditioning, toning up, improving coordination and speed, and moving like a ninja! We’ll walk you through the warm-up, stretching and coach you every step of the way. Our goal is to get you in the best shape of your life safely and as quickly as possible!
The CrossFit program is designed around the things you do in the real world. Every day, you bend down and pick things up, you put things over your head, you squat down, you stand up, you run after your kids or jump over a puddle. CrossFit prepares you for all that and then some by performing those exact movements in our workouts. We borrow exercises from things like weightlifting, gymnastics, and track and field, and we mix it up a lot, so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned. And the key to the whole program is that you work really, really hard… so you get fit really, really fast.
Where should you start? We structure our programs so that every new member can start either Fitness or CrossFit no matter what your fitness level. Your progress is individual and not according to our schedule. This is your fitness program, not ours.
