Why Back Alley CrossFit?

Back Alley CrossFit is a grassroots strength and conditioning program in North Central Phoenix, and we will change your perception of fitness forever! You’ll be doing things you never thought possible, you’ll be in the best shape of your life and you’ll actually have a great time doing it!

The days of working out in boredom and silence are over.

Our program is designed around the things you do in the real world. We do things like run, squat, push-ups, pull-ups, deadlifts and lunges. We do different exercises every day. We do things that are functional by borrowing exercises from things like weightlifting, gymnastics, and track and field. We mix it up a lot, so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, and better conditioned. The key to the whole program is that you’re always learning and perfecting your skills so that you stay interested and motivated. Best of all, the days of working out in boredom and silence are over. The community our members have developed is unlike anything you’ve experienced.

Anyone can do it.

Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We have grandmothers, athletes, firefighters, moms, lawyers and teachers. We are about training you for the performance of life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get faster or stronger, or all of the above – we’ll help you get there. We can adapt our program to any level of fitness. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a while, just come in. We all have to start somewhere!
