*400m Carries – 1 person carries a 1.5pood/1pood Kb with one arm overhead, 1 person carries a 2/1.5 pood KB at your side, and 1 person carries a 45/25 plate anyway possible. Switch as much as needed, but stay together. ***Scale as needed***
