EOMOM For 24 Minutes

In Teams Of Two Complete 1 Round Of The Following:

Partner A Completes 5 Thrusters

Partner B Completes 4 Burpees


Partner B Completes 5 Thrusters

Partner A Completes 4 Burpees

The Workout Will Be Scored By Adding The Total amount Of Weight Lifted Between You And Your Partner. Weight May Be Changed During Workout. If Your Reps Are Not Completed During The Round Do NOT Count It.
