Goblet Squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In Teams of 3, With Only One Teammate Allowed Per Station, Complete as Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 25 minutes:

Station 1 – 300m Row

Station 2 – 30 Pushups

Station 3 – 30 Goblet Squats

Everyone must complete their station before rotating.
