This week kicks off the Whole Life Challenge. Even if you’re not signed up for the challenge, we will be testing and retesting 4 WODs over the next 8 weeks. The WODs will be the regular WOD on Mondays for both CrossFit and 101. If you can’t make it on Monday, you have until the end of the week to get it done! You’re more than welcome to stop in any time we’re open and do the workout (it’s even better if you pick a partner). This going to be a ton of fun and you’ll be amazed how much further you’ll push yourself the second time around!

Wodify note: If you do the WOD outside of the regular class times on Monday, just go to performance history –> add –> metcon –> choose the WOD.
